Michael Loscalzo - Senior Pastor Pastor Loscalzo is the founding and senior pastor of The Pentecostals of Waianae. He was born and raised in Waianae and is a graduate of Waianae High School. He was baptized and filled with the Holy Ghost at the Apostolic Lighthouse in Clarkesville, TN under the pastorage of Rev. Richard McGriffin in 1991. A month later he returned home to Hawaii and attended services at New Life UPC under the pastoral leadership of Rev. Rex Robertson. He is now an ordained minister of the United Pentecostal Church International. He has served as the Hawaii District Youth President for 6 years and now serves as a Presbyter. Rev. Loscalzo received his Bachelor's of Arts in History from the University of Hawai`i - West O`ahu campus and a Masters of Theology from Agape Bible College where he has also served on their teaching staff. Pastor Loscalzo currently teaches at Hawaii Pacific School of Ministries. He also teaches at Wai`anae High School and will be receiving his Master's of Education in Teaching from the University of Hawai`i - Manoa in the Spring of 2010.
Archie Grey - Assistant Pastor Rev. Archie Grey currently serves as the Assistant Pastor at The Pentecostals of Waianae. He was born and raised in Western Samoa and received his ministerial training under the leadership of Missionary Bennie Blunt in Pago Pago, American Samoa. He is a licensed minister with the United Pentecostal Church International. Having graduated from the University of Hawaii - Manoa with a Bachelors in Education, he taught in American Samoa and in Hawaii. Rev. Grey also received a Master's of Theology from Agape Bible College where he has served as an instructor. Rev. Grey currently serves on the teaching staff of Hawaii Pacific School of Ministries.
Sa`ovale Grey - Special Events Coordinator Sa`ovale Grey currently serves as the Special Events Coordinator at The Pentecostals of Waianae. She was born and raised in American Samoa. She and her husband Rev. Archie Grey came into the church under the ministry of Rev. John Reynolds in American Samoa. They received their ministerial training under the leadership of Missionary Bennie and Pat Blunt in Pago Pago, American Samoa. Sa`ovale graduated from the University of Hawaii - Manoa with a bachelors degree in Elementary Education and is now pursuing her Masters Degree in the same field. She teaches at various schools on the Waianae Coast. Currently she assists her husband with the Youth and Music Ministries as well.
Theresa Loscalzo - Ladies Ministry Director Theresa Loscalzo moved to Hawaii in December of 2008. She came to the truth in 1996 under the ministry of Rev. John Reynolds in American Samoa and later served under Missionary Bennie Blunt in Pago Pago from 1999 until her move to Hawaii. While in American Samoa she was involved in various ministries including Sunday School, Worship and the Youth Ministry. She graduated from Acts Bible College of American Samoa in 2005 with a cerificate in Theological Studies. Currently she serves as the Ladies Ministry Director as well as the interim Sunday School Director for the Pentecostals of Waianae where her husband pastors
Pua`ena Burgess - Administrative Secretary / Treasurer Pua`ena Burgess currently serves as the Administrative Secretary and Treasurer at The Pentecostals of Waianae. She was born and raised in Waianae, graduating among the top 10 in her class from Waianae High School. While attending the University of Hawaii - Manoa, she chose the United Pentecostal Church as the topic for a religion research paper. Her visits to the church eventually concluded in her receiving the baptism of the Holy Ghost and her being baptized in Jesus' name. She was born-again under the ministry of Rev. Rex Robertson. Pua has spoken at various women's events within the Hawaii District. She along with a few others were among the charter members of The Pentecostals of Waianae from its inception.
